Delivery Rates / Terms & Conditions

PAYMENT, DELIVERY & AVAILABILITY
We accept secure payments electronically through PayPal and we aim to despatch your goods within 3 to 5 days of receipt of payment, subject to stock availability and holiday periods. Though we anticipate a speedy delivery, we cannot be held responsible for 3rd party delays. If you need your item/s urgently please send an email and we will do our very best to accommodate your wishes. We will endeavour to inform you of any delays as soon as possible.
It is sometimes difficult to anticipate customer demand and occasionally items may be out of stock. If this is the case we will give you an idea, as soon as possible, of when stock might be available.
All orders are wrapped in our usual Caravan-style. Where possible we aim to use recycled materials for packaging. A signature will generally be required on delivery.

Orders over £500 may incur an individual delivery and packing rate.
We will contact you as soon as possible if this applies to your order.

The prices given above refer to online shop purchases only. For all other items email the store for details and cost of p&p.
Items returned to us due to an incorrect shipping address or customer delay at depot will incur a re-shipping charge.

INTERNATIONAL delivery and packing charges:
We happily deliver worldwide. Overseas orders are not covered by our standard UK delivery prices. Additional shipping charges will apply and you will be sent a PayPal invoice for these extra costs.

RETURNS
If you are in any way dissatisfied with your purchase you may return it to us within 14 days of receipt of the item (or first courier delivery attempt). We do not offer refunds or exchanges after this date. Returned items must be in their original condition (unworn, unused, unopened) for a refund or a replacement. Please contact us by email to arrange for a refund or exchange and to obtain a returns code and return address details as we are unable to accept returned packages without prior authorisation.
When returning an item please obtain a certificate of posting or send by recorded delivery as we cannot refund items broken or lost during return transit.
After inspection of the goods we will credit you via your original payment method.
We are sadly unable to refund return postage costs on unwanted, undamaged items.
We regret that one-off or vintage pieces, items made to order and any special offer or discounted items cannot be returned.
In the event of goods arriving damaged or not as ordered, please inform us by email within 24 hours, and we will be happy to replace them.

PRODUCT DESCRIPTIONS
Every effort will be taken to ensure descriptions, photographic reproductions and specifications of products are correct. However, due to the hand-finished nature of some of our products, slight variations may occur. We reserve the right to change the specification of products without prior notice.

PRICES All photos and prices are guides, correct at time of printing and inclusive of vat at 20%. We reserve the right to increase prices.

ORDERS
All orders are subject to acceptance by Caravan Style Ltd. and we will provide you with an order acceptance or rejection notice as soon as is reasonably possible.

ORDER CANCELLATION
Caravan Style Ltd. reserves the right to cancel any accepted orders prior to delivery at our discretion (whether or not payment has already been charged, in which case we will immediately issue an appropriate credit to your payment card account).

Caravan Style Ltd. does not accept liability for losses specific to the particular circumstances of the customer, indirect or inconsequential losses or loss of profit,  damage to property, or wasted expenditure.
