DELIVERY RATES / TERMS & CONDITIONS

DELIVERY & AVAILABILITY

Most orders are sent out within 5 days, but please note we aim to despatch your goods within 14 days of receipt of order, subject to stock availability. We will endeavour to inform you of any delays as soon as possible. It is sometimes difficult to anticipate customer demand and occasionally items may be out of stock. If this is the case we will give you an idea of when stock is available (usually within 4-6 weeks).

All orders are wrapped in our usual Caravan-style. Where possible we aim to use recycled materials for wrapping and packaging.

A signature will generally be required on delivery.

UK Delivery and packing charges:

For orders over £200 please contact us and we will arrange an individual delivery and packing rate.
Note - The p&p prices given here refer to online shop purchases.
For all other items, including lamps, email the store for cost of p&p.

PRODUCT DESCRIPTIONS & PRICES
Every effort will be taken to ensure descriptions, photographic reproductions and specifications of products are correct. However, due to the hand-finished nature of some of our products, slight variations may occur. We reserve the right to change the specification of products without prior notice.

RETURNS
We have every confidence in our products. However, if you are in any way dissatisfied with your purchase you may return it to us within 7 days, in its original condition, for a refund or a replacement. In the event of goods arriving damaged or not as ordered, please inform us within 24 hours, and we will be happy to replace them. Please obtain a certificate of posting as proof of purchase from your post office as we cannot refund items broken or lost during return transit. We regret that one-off or vintage pieces and items made to order cannot be returned. Caravan is unable to refund return costs on undamaged items.

PRICES
All photos and prices are guides, correct at time of printing and inclusive of vat at 20%. We reserve the right to increase prices.

ORDERS
All orders are subject to acceptance by Caravan Style Ltd. and we will provide you with an order acceptance or rejection notice as soon as is reasonably possible.

ORDER CANCELLATION
Caravan Style Ltd. reserves the right to cancel any accepted orders prior to delivery at our discretion (whether or not payment has already been charged, in which case we will immediately issue an appropriate credit to your payment card account).

Caravan Style Ltd. does not accept liability for losses specific to the particular circumstances of the customer, indirect or inconsequential losses or loss of profit,  damage to property, or wasted expenditure.
