Deborah Bowness / London Design Festival 2006

Deborah Bowness has created a 14m long installation of 2d ‘room sets’ directly alongside Caravan and, in her signature printed wallpaper style, designed bespoke temporary signage for the shop.

The launch of the ‘Deborah Bowness at Caravan’ project is to coincide with London Design Festival, September 2006, and will put Old Spitalfields Market on the Icon Design Trail. The signage will remain in place for the duration of the main building works at Old Spitalfields Market.

All images displayed within the ‘2d roomsets’ are available as 3.5m wallpaper drops from Caravan. With special thanks to Ballymore Properties Ltd. and Trad scaffolding for facilitating the project.
