I love the simplicity of it. The solid metal, the weight in your hand, and that lovely pared-back, utilitarian quality.
The raw aluminium will naturally develop its own patina immediately, picking up character (fine scratches and scuff marks) as soon as it’s handled and used.
The Kaweco Sport was originally designed in 1911 as a pocket fountain pen, measuring just 10.5cm when closed. It slips easily into a pocket or small bag, while posting the cap onto the barrel makes it a comfortable, full-sized 13cm pen to write with.
Your pen comes fitted with a standard medium nib, in a Kaweco pen tin. I’m including a complimentary box of ink cartridges so you’re good to go!
